What this region runs
Indonesia and Vietnam both run substantial domestic oral solid manufacture, and the Philippines and Malaysia carry a mix of local production and contract manufacture. The ASEAN Common Technical Dossier has pulled documentation expectations closer together across the bloc, though national requirements still differ in practice.

Moisture barrier for multivitamin and ferrous tablets
Solvent base barrier film for hygroscopic multivitamin and iron formulations.
Solvent base moisture barrier film coat for Multivitamin and Ferrous group tablets. It protects the core from moisture pick-up and from the colour change that follows it on shelf.

Aqueous film coat, extra white
Water base extra white film coat for cores that show through a standard white.
Aqueous extra white film coat developed for tablets where the core colour bleeds through a conventional white film. Calcium and Azithromycin cores are the usual cases. It gives higher opacity at the same build-up.

Moisture barrier for Amoxycillin and Clavulanate
Solvent base extra white barrier film for the most moisture sensitive combination.
Moisture barrier film coat on a solvent base, extra white, developed for Amoxycillin and Clavulanate potassium tablets. Water ingress during and after coating drives degradation in that combination, and this grade is built to hold it out.

Pigmented sub-coat where the seal layer also has to cover the core.
